Grasshopper Control 2011

If you visited the ranch last year, you were probably amazed, and a little frustrated, by the number of grasshoppers. This infestation also frustrates our ranch management because it severely impacts our hay production and the amount of pasture grass available to the horses in the fall and early winter. The ranch will be participating in a county-wide grasshopper control program this year. You can read more about our grasshopper control plans in the attached document.
