The Town Council is the home of the board of directors. Come here for news and information from the board of directors, the calendar of board meetings, and agendas and minutes from those meetings.

The board welcomes partner participation throughout regular sessions and ends every meeting with partner input time.

The Flying X Ranch certainly has some impressive views and this page is intended to share some of those with you. This is the place to come to see what the ranch looks like if you haven't been there or to provide ample memory triggers so you can daydream about the last time you were there. There is also news and information about photo opportunities on the ranch and instructions for sharing your latest snapshots.

The "Gallery" submenu has galleries for both the visitor and for Partners only so everyone can enjoy the view.

The General Store is the place to find items for sale or wanted by other partners. Some day we may also offer Flying X Ranch logo-wear and sundry items. You must be logged in to see the items listed in the classifieds.

Items submitted to the classifieds will stay posted for 1 year. They can be renewed at that time, but will not stay on the website indefinitely without instructions to keep them posted. They will be removed as soon as requested.

All ads must have partners name and phone number. An email address is helpful for the potential buyer and for contacting the submitter of an ad that is going to expire.
Items for sale or trade will be posted as soon as possible after received in the office.

It is the partner's responsibility to notify the office when the item is sold or traded.

Important Note: Partner shares will not be posted in the For Sale or Wanted classifieds.

When you really want to move out, come to the stage where there is more than one horse power per rider. This is the place to come for information and news about your horseless carriages; including rules regarding the use of all vehicles large and small and news on events that will be interesting to you.

The Flying X Ranch is home to many beautiful species; some year round and some only briefly and occassionally. Come here to find out what animals and birds you are likely to see when you visit the ranch. Although, they aren't critters, you will find out more about the ranch wildflowers here also.

Just like in real life, the Outdoors is the place to be for great fun and excitement related to hunting, fishing, shooting, and other sportsman activities. Don't let the term fool you, at the Flying X, there are women who are every bit as expert at these sportsman activities as their rival gender. Visit the Outdoors to stay current on the rules and regulations for these activities, find out where the best fishing is, or when the next friendly sporting clays tournament for bragging rights is.

The West isn't as wild as it once was, but if you love the outdoors this is the place to come. The Wild West is where you will find information about hunting, fishing, shooting and other activities. This is where you can find the rules and procedures for applying to hunt or what lakes you can catch and keep or where you'll find the biggest fish to release for another day.

When you are interested in buying or selling a stake in the Flying X Ranch, the Land Office is the place to come for all the information and documentation you will need to make the transfer. Hopefully, the resources available here make your transition as smooth as possible.

When you need a document and are not sure where to find it, come to the Library. You should be able to find what you are looking for here from categorized lists of documents available on the website. Most documents are available in their specific content areas as well, but this is the one-stop shop for all documents.

The Assessor's Office is the place to come for news and information about "your spread." This is where to find rules and regulations regarding bringing in a home for yourself on the ranch or making improvments to the one you already have. Also, requests to the HAC will be posted here for partner review prior to board approval.
