My FXR Monthly Contest - August 2010

Len and Deb Verelli are the winners of the August contest. They have won their choice of an FXR T-Shirt or Ball Cap from the ranch store. Congratulations Len and Deb and thanks to all who have provided feedback.

Here is a sampling of what has been added or changed to the website as a result of your feedback and contributions:

*Added new photo galleries and many new photos.
*Added more information and instructions on the classifieds page.
*Added the bird sightings log.
*Added links to other useful websites.
*Added the Ranch Manager Report to the board documents downloads.
*Added the Plain English Menu.
*Added Q&A to the FAQ.
*Made changes to the ride reservations form.
*Detailed the use of Tags in the August Newsletter.

The August website contest is only as hard as you want to make it. You will be rewarded for your effort, though.

The FXR website is intended to be a place to go for information, but it is also a place to make your own. So, at the end of August we will randomly select a winner from all partners who have contributed in any way to the website. What do we mean by contribute?

Send a comment or question - you get an entry.
Submit an idea (for a story, photo gallery, feature, etc.) - you get an entry.
Submit a photo (for an existing gallery) or a complete story - you get 2 entries.
Send all your questions, ideas, and photos to: webmaster@myfxr.com.

You can earn entries once in each category (up to 4 total entries). If you have done any of these already, you have earned the credit in that category.

Although, each adult member of a family unit is engcouraged to register on the website, only one registration per share will be included in the drawing. (Though, you will still get your extra chances for making a contribution in all three categories). Sorry, no board members, their families, nor staff may participate.

You will have to register on the website to participate if you haven't already. You want to register anyway to get access to online reservations and more detailed information about your ranch.
